Throughout his tenure with BAE Systems and Bell Flight, he has guided multidisciplinary engineering organizations in delivering innovative mission systems equipment and avionics systems that directly align with long-term strategic customer objectives. David’s expertise lies in fostering technical excellence, optimizing operational performance, and successfully executing complex programs while exceeding customer expectations. A holder of multiple U.S. patents and recipient of numerous customer success awards, he is dedicated to advancing engineering innovation through strategic vision, disciplined execution, and a commitment to technical integrity. Beyond his professional career, David has spent over 20 years coaching high school and collegiate summer baseball teams, helping many players continue their athletic journeys into college programs and professional baseball.
