Located in Bend, Oregon, the academy selected the RA-4500 MKII from FreeFlight’s TERRAIN Series for its proven ability to deliver accurate altitude readings—even in challenging environments and near 5G towers.
The upgrade ensures reliable data for TAWS and HTAWS systems, enhancing safety during complex flight operations such as mountain flying and NVG training.
