The annual international convention and tradeshow hosted by the Aircraft Electronics Association is a must-attend event for anyone serious about business aviation. With 67 years of history, the event will showcase the latest developments in business and general aviation avionics manufacturing, distribution, and government-certified repair stations worldwide.
FreeFlight, along with its sister companies SKYTRAC, Flight Data Systems, and Latitude, is a regular attendee of the AEA convention. They are excited to participate in this longstanding event in Dallas at the Marriott’s Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center from March 19-22.
Technical Training Session
The AEA convention is an essential platform for businesses looking to expand, technicians eager to learn, and dealers hoping to build their networks. It offers various educational and promotional resources, and attendees can connect with others in the industry. This year, the FreeFlight team will present TERRAIN Series Radar Altimeters RA-6500, RA-5500, and RA-4500 MK II and Navigating the 5G Landscape. This session will occur on Tuesday, March 19, from 3:00 – 4:00 pm in Davis 4, located in the Vineyard Tower. Brad Brunson, director of customer support, will present the session outlining the features of the TERRAIN series radar altimeters and how they tolerate 5G spectrum interference, as well as providing insight into installing and configuring these devices. Key members of the FreeFlight team will also be available to answer any questions.
