July 16, 2015 - Waco, TX - FreeFlight Systems announced today the creation of an ADS-B Hotline that will serve to support customer NextGen needs. FreeFlight's dedicated ADS-B Hotline is in place to increase support channels by offering customers peace of mind knowing that the Company provides dedicated NextGen support worldwide.
Upon dialing 1-844-ADS-BNOW, the customer will be put in touch with a member of FreeFlight's support organization. During normal business hours (8am to 6pm Central Standard Time), inquiries will be responded to within two hours. Inquires received outside of normal business hours will be responded to the next business morning. Dave Graham, FreeFlight's dedicated NextGen Customer Support Manager, will oversee Hotline operations.
Mr. Graham joined the FreeFlight support organization in April of 2015. Prior to joining FreeFlight, Mr. Graham held several sales and support roles at Gobosh Aviation, American Legend Aircraft and Symphony Aircraft. Since his arrival at FreeFlight, he has been working towards the development of customer support initiatives resulting in an expeditious support process and prompt issue resolution. A pilot for more than 20 years, he understands what it's like to be in the cockpit.
